Pier Update
The Cherry Grove Pier opened 600 feet for bottom fishing on March 22nd. We are now open from 7am to 11pm 7 days a week and continue to work on the remainder with hopes of being fully open soon.
The Cherry Grove Pier Tackle shop is open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily for all of your fishing and gift merchandise needs and restroom access.
The Driftwood Restaurant and Bar is open from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily serving Lunch and Dinner.

The newly remodeled Tackle and Gift Shop has rod rentals and
sales along with just the right bait and tackle for that certain fish. We carry
a full line of name brand fishing gear, bait and lures, along with a fun selection
of souvenirs, T-shirts, sunglasses, beach accessories, ice-cold beer and soft
drinks.

Asked Questions
Do I need a saltwater fishing license to fish from the Pier?
No, you don't need to purchase a fishing license. We pay all State and County
permits and fees that entitle you to fish from the Pier with your paid admission.

How much does it cost to fish?
With your own rod a one day fishing pass is $3 admission and $10 per rod ($13 one person, one rod).
Rod rentals are $25.00 per day (with a $30 security deposit, admission and fishing pass included).
Crab nets are $9.99 each for purchase ($3 admission and $10 fishing pass).
King Mackeral fishing pass is $25.00 per day with your proper set up (3 rods only).
Walkers Pass is $3.00. All persons on the pier must have an arm band.
Season passes and season King passes are also available. Please call for more information.

What bait do you carry?
We typically carry the following: Mullet (cut and fingers), Shrimp, Squid, Live Bloodworms, Artificial Bloodworms and Chicken Necks (crab bait).

What is your fishing season?
The Fishing Season extends from February 1st. through December 1st.

Where can I park?
We offer free parking on the 2nd floor of the parking garage across the street.
Additional Pier parking is located in the paid parking lot just north of the pier.
